the ultimate life

we know that i'm in irving for an internship, but we also all know that i'm really here to play ultimate.

i'm getting to play so much more than i would at home. i'm sure mom would give me limitations and tell me to study and do her taxes or apply to grad school early or something.

before i left for irving, i was at christina's house and i found a treasure!

a whole box of little joy-chickies!

so she gave me one, and now i have you taped on the inside of a little compartment door in my car so that when i pull it open, you pop out.
sometimes when i get lonely driving, i pull you out and sing to you.

we have good times in the car together, joy chicky.

making fun of old asian people

so i'm working out in the work out room in my apartment complex... and i've just finished a set with these 10 lb dumb bells (no biggie, right?)... this grown indian man comes up to me and says, "Are you finished with these?" and then begins to work out with them..... and i laughed inside as i watched this big grown indian man work out with these 10 lb dumb bells...maybe he was going for lots of reps w/ light weights or something

and then i laughed inside when his wife or whoever she was got on the elliptical machine and started flailing about (laughing loudly the whole time) as if she was on like a seesaw or something..... then after she finished exerting herself on that machine she went to go play with these little weights and her husband or whoever assisted her by holding her shoulder down as she swung the weight back and forth with the momentum of her entire upper body...

now i know that it is not nice to make fun of people because we are also afraid that we look like freaks who have no idea what they're doing when we work out.... but i really think asian adults over the age of like 35 use gyms like adult playgrounds - kind of like in china when you see all these adults go

girl I want. She is the best wife to a man.

Shopping blues

I can't shop without you guys ... i grab all sorts of things that look bad on me and then i prance around in front of the mirror and can't decide what to buy.... where are you guys ?
